The 2012 Greenwood Furnace Trail Challenge was a lot of fun and a great success! We want to say "Thank You" to all of our participants, sponsors, and volunteers for helping make this event possible. And most importantly, we raised money for great causes!
The survey feedback was overwhelmingly positive so we hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did. We learned a few things during the event and appreciate everyone's understanding during our inaugural year. You provided many great suggestions -- we'll use these to make the event even better next year. Thanks to all who submitted feedback. If you'd still like to talk to us about the event, email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. .

A figure 8 route of rocky climbs and nasty downhills; it starts at Greenwood Furnace State Park, climbs to the fire tower, drops down in to Alan Seeger Natural Area before climbing back to the tower, and then returns down to the park.
